I went to a Church get-together, today, and we learned how to make seed tapes.
Basically, you get and/or make some kind of glue, get some toilet paper, a toothpick, and a surface to work (wherein you won't mind getting glue and stuff stuck to it).
Dip the tip of the toothpick in glue and pick up a seed with it, and stick onto the toilet paper. Space your seeds on the toilet paper as if you were planting them them (the proper length apart).
Let it dry, but don't let it stick the surface you're working on if you can help it. It may take some time to dry.
Anyway, then when planting time comes, roll out the seed tape onto the ground, and bury it the proper depth for your seeds.
The advantage of this is you can do almost all the work before the growing season starts (and you don't have to bend over while you do it).
I tried it with parsley, but I accidentally left my seed tape at the Church. So, I'll have to make more. It's supposed to work well with carrots and radishes, too.
