Where to buy canella powder

I've heard that companies selling cinnamon are sometimes really selling canella. I actually want to buy some canella. Does anyone know where I can get some that is for-sure canella? I want to make sure it's not really cinnamon.

I'm wondering about where to buy the spice (although I'd be interested if you happen to know where to buy plants/seeds, too).
