It looks like we're planting potatoes again, this year. Historically, they're not the easiest crop to grow in our garden, but we still do it every other year (from certified regular seed potatoes), and we sometimes get a crop out of it. Unfortunately, the tag that said what kind they were was lost before I ever saw it.

Okay, we found the tag. So, I now know the breed name, but I honestly don't want to tell you what it is. Let's call this variety 'Sally' instead. I think it's supposed to be a white early potato that keeps well and is supposed to be well-suited for a variety of purposes.

Anyway, the person who bought them cut them up into pieces to get more plants. They dried a lot and we weren't sure they were still alive. They were planted. Now, at least six of them have sprouted above-ground.
