So, I'm curious how closely Canella winterana's taste resembles that of cinnamon. I also wonder if it's similarly hot with a similar texture (as powder). Has anyone actually tasted it knowing what it is? Specifically, I'm wondering how much it resembles Cassia cinnamon.
