Solomon's Seal Maianthemum racemosum. Wikipedia says that the young shoots (while tender) are edible, but that the plant resembles at least one other highly toxic kind of plant. So, you probably don't want to be eating it unless you really know what it is. |

Wikipedia says that native Americans used the berries for food and medicine, and that the young shoots were eaten by aboriginal peoples as a salad green, but most considered the plant and the berries to be poisonous. Young plants resemble a highly toxic plant. |
