Okay, so last year, I grew some wild sunroots from seed and transplanted them into the garden. We harvested some in the fall and they were tasty. Now, they're growing back (loads of them!) :) I didn't see them when I looked a day or two ago. I'm excited to use them in lacto-fermentation projects (probably starting with cooked sauces and such, with probiotics added). how to flick a penny
