No.
However, a whole lot of the stuff is. Having boards for most major edible plants is one of the goals of this site. However, you should research anything yourself to determine its edibility status, regardless of what the board description says.
You'll notice there's a board for rue. Many people don't consider rue to be edible (although I've cooked with it before), since few people have eaten it, it can make people vomit, and it's not safe for pregnant women.
Deadly Nightshade is deadly (there isn't a board for deadly nightshade, but there is a Nightshade Family board). There are boards for many other plant families and genera that do contain toxic plants.
Most Nightshade berries that are edible are only edible when ripe (they may be toxic otherwise). The same is true for many other kinds of plants.
There are toxic cucurbits, junipers, sempervivum, aloes, etc. Some parts of plants may be toxic while others may be edible. Some plants may be edible in small quantities only, or may not be suitable for pregnant women or such.
Soap nuts are not edible.
There are probably boards for a number of other plants that have no edible parts.
By and large, though, most of the plant boards do pertain to plants that are said to have edible uses. I do not always mention which parts of the plants are said to be edible (again, do your own research).
Although I do make comments reflecting what my research has said about edibility from time to time, I do not do this equally on every board. Descriptions on one board do not reflect a trend for other boards (I mean, if I say something on one board, that doesn't mean if I don't say it on another that it is or isn't true).
